Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not happy for any reason we will happily accept returns of your items within 30 days from when the order took place. We will issue a full refund of the product cost to you.
If we require the return of the product by post we will reimburse the shipping or organise and pay for the shipping of the returnable item.
If your item is the wrong size or if its not what you thought you had ordered it will be up to you to organise the return of the item and pay for the delivery.
The item must not exceed the expiry date, it cannot be used and it must be in the same condition as when it arrived in its original packaging. We unfortunately cannot refund any item thats been opened or used.

Some of the food manufactures have a 100% returns policy if you pet is not a big fan of his/her new food.
We will happily refund you the full price of the food if this is the case but you will need to organise the return shipping of the item back to us at your cost.
